The 1208 microcomputer automatic synchronization device is applicable to various types of hydraulic power plant, thermal power plant, also suitable for substation, it can fully meet the needs of grid connected automatic of power plant and substation ,the 1208 microcomputer automatic synchronization device use frequency tracking AC sampling technology, continuous monitoring of voltage, and frequency of the system and generator, according to the frequency difference, pressure difference created a narrow pulse adjusting different frequency difference, until the pressure difference can meet the requirements.

 1208 Function description of microcomputer automatic synchronization device

 
The device can realize the difference frequency and the pressure free grid connection.
       Device can carry out synchronization closing operation to the 6 further connected object for multiple-point control, used to use with deconcentrator by our company's .Through the digital input of the device, operated the deconcentrator by the output interface splitter, the AC signal acquisition port and control port switch to the corresponding object
 
       The device receives a command to start synchronization then ( digital input R9=1: 1208, allowed synchronization) the 1208 microcomputer automatic synchronization device check whether the synchronization function of the further connected object stars(function input o output,allow synchronization =input) if the object is not choice or select multiple objects, the corresponding error alarm report, if device is set to "output", the device ignores the start command, if the object is set as input device, starting grid connection.

       3 units in the frequency of 40 ~ 55Hz
       4 unit voltage is less than 50~150V
 
       If them meet the above 4 conditions, device control and calculate the synchronization point,if the condition is not satisfied, the synchronizing device reported "signal error information. (if the device put the function of no pressure , will continue to check whether meet the closing conditions without pressure).
 
       If the device meet the above conditions, still do not meet the closing allowable frequency difference and differential pressure range (set parameters on the frequency of the lower limit, pressure difference between the upper and lower limit), then 1208 microcomputer automatic synchronization device can send speed or voltage signal (in switching function will be "self regulating" or the automatic frequency is set to input voltage or frequency), the cycle length and width can be adjusted by modifying the relevant parameters setting.
 
       If the set the ‘automatic frequency ‘modulation function, the device detects the frequency of the system frequency and the frequency differ <=0.01HZ, the device will send the acceleration signal, increase the frequency difference, so as to accelerate the speed of the grid.

After achieving the synchronization the device will latch 10 minutes then start again. You Can also start by resetting the button after reset.
 
frequency modulation
       Start the synchronization, if the current frequency difference beyond the allowable error, while allowing adjustment of generator frequency in parameter setting, then the 1208 microcomputer automatic synchronization device set will be issued in accordance with the proportion of adjusting pulse. Adjusting the pulse adjustment, namely the greater the margin, adjusted pulse width is longer.
       When Fg<Fs, the device sends up the frequency pulse, relay 1J action, frequency rise LED light.
       When Fg>Fs, the device sends down the frequency pulse, relay 2J action, down frequency LED light.
    
5.2 voltage regulation
       After Starting the synchronization, if the current voltage difference exceeds the allowable error, while allowing adjustment of generator voltage in the parameter setting, then 1208 automatic synchronization device will be issued in accordance with the proportion of adjusting pulse adjusting pulse. 5.3 non pressure switch:
Meet with the condition;
       1 100V- pressure differential allows the lower limit of <Uab<100V+ pressure to allow the upper limit
       2 50HZ- frequency difference allows the lower limit of <Fg<50HZ+ frequency difference to allow the upper limit
       3 Ux=0
       4 over the same period allowed to vote
       5 no pressure on input
